Honor A Senior

Each year Class Act is able to raise money for senior prizes by giving people the opportunity to honor seniors who are special to them. The process is simple. Print and fill out the following card. Mail it to Class Act enclosing your donation. The senior you honored will receive the card below notifying them that you have honored them in this way. Everybody wins!
